- Warranties -
If your WebShop Website Template is not as described, is faulty, or not suitable for the function intended, we offer a FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, provided the WebShop has not been altered or damaged in any way. Advice of a warranty claim must be made without delay, generally within 48 hours of activation where practical.
- Refund Policy -
Notwithstanding any Warranty Claim, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within seven working days of activation to arrange a refund. Refunds will NOT be made on Domain Name Registration.
- Delivery Times -
Once ordered and payment is completed, your website is generally activated within 24 hours. You may begin uploading to your website as soon as it is activated. As is usually the case, Domain Name propogation may take up to 72 hours to complete.
- Incorrect Listings -
Any website errors on our selling website as to listing of Product Names, Description, or Pricing of any item will be corrected as soon as possible. Should a purchase of any item with incorrect Product Name, Description, or Pricing be made, then we will notify you immediately upon receiving the Order of the incorrect listing. Please note that we are not obliged to sell any item that has been listed with incorrect details. It is part of our Ordering Policy that any item can be withdrawn from sale due to being out of stock or incorrectly listed for reason whatsoever. If necessary, should an acceptable alternative product not be found, all monies will be refunded in full.
